Founder and CEO, Kristin Sargent, started her career as an Air Defense Artillery officer in the US Army in 2002.

While serving, she was asked to be her Battalion’s Information Management Officer as an “additional duty.”

She learned it was at the intersection of Defense, Security, and Technology that the US would execute and win future wars.

Kristin went on to work as an executive at a Fortune 500 Systems Integrator, Amazon Web Services, and a unicorn Defense startup, always orienting her career off the US government and the industries critical to our nation’s security.

She learned what technology companies do well, and candidly, where they have room for enormous efficiencies in selling, executing, and delivering to US Defense clients to position themselves for long-term scale.

She also learned where US Defense clients must improve innovation adoption mechanisms and risk management processes to better access new capabilities at scale.
